Lithuanian Real Estate Development Association LNTPA
Lithuanian Real Estate Development Association is established by 26 legal entities of the Republic of Lithuania operating in real estate sector. The Association is a public legal entity of limited civil liability and a non-profit organization. The initial constitutive assembly took place on 6th of April 2004; subsequently on 15th of April the same year real estate development companies adopted the decision to establish the Association. The founders elected ten members to the Board, which helped to implement decisions. The Minister of Justice of the Republic of Lithuania on 16th of August 2004 allowed the newly established Association to use the name of Lithuanian State in the name of the Association. The Association was registered in the registry of legal entities of the Republic of Lithuania on 20th of August 2004. |
Lithuanian Association of Real Estate Agencies LNTA
Lithuanian Association of Real Estate Agencies is representative of real estate brokers and agencies in Lithuania. Association is founded in 2007. The Lithuanian Association of Real Estate Agencies is a public legal entity with limited civil liability having its name, which purpose is to coordinate the activity of the Association members, represent the members’ interests and defend them, answer economics, business and organizational interests of the members interests.

Estonian Association of Real Estate Companies EKFL
Association of Real Estate Companies of Estonia is founded in 1994. Estonian real estate companies are united in the Association of Real Estate Companies of Estonia, which main objective is honest, quick, correct and professional servicing of clients. The Code of Good Practice of the members of the Association has been approved at the general meeting of the Association the Court of Honour has been established for its implementation, who shall be guided by the Code of Good Practice and universally accepted practice, in order ensure safe service by following the fulfilment of the good practice by the members of the Association.
Estonian Chamber of Real Estate Brokers EKMK
Estonian Chamber of Real Estate Brokers is founded in 1997. The main goals of the Estonian Chamber of Real Estate Brokers are: to guarantee the quality of the real estate broking service, to grant the right to work as real estate broker after the professional examination and to guarantee their professional skills and observance of good business traditions by the members of the Chamber; to represent the members of the Chamber and to protect their common interests and rights in front of administrative authorities and in the court of law. The real estate broker intermediates for charge on the mandatory’s behalf transactions of purchase, sale, lease and rent of real estate and/or offers consultation on the matters connected to real estate. The Estonian Chamber of Real Estate Brokers is authorized to grant professional qualification to a real estate broker.

Association of Management and Administration of Latvian Housing
The idea to establish the Association of Management and Administration of Latvian Housing (LNPAA) appeared in a year 1989. In 1999 the LNPAA was registered in Latvian Register of Enterprises. It began active enhancement of house management enterprises in order to support the interests of its clients - owners and tenants of apartments. At the moment the LNPAA unifies around thirty house management companies from all regions of Latvia. These companies manage apartment houses inhabited by approximately 400 000 residents of Latvia. In order to encourage a balanced development of the real estate management and administration field, the LNPAA is taking part in the development of housing policy. It also submits propositions for changes in legislation, and facilitates professional training of house managers.

NĪPAA is established in November 2005 and unites 11 real estate developing companies.

Institute of Civil Construction and Real Estate Economics Faculty of Engineering Economics and Management
Riga Technical University (RTU) is the largest university in Latvia offering a wide range of engineering majors. RTU has long-standing almost 150 years old traditions dating back to the establishment of Riga Polytechnic in 1862. The Faculty of Engineering Economics (FEE) is a successor of academic traditions instituted by the Department of the Commercial Sciences opened in 1868 under Riga Polytechnics. The FEE was established in 1966 with three initial departments: Economy and Organisation of Production (EOPD), Political Economy, and Labour Protection Department. FEE provides all levels of higher education in economics and carries out methodological work and research in various economy related areas. The Faculty is training specialists in two internationally accredited programs (Economy, and Entrepreneurship and Management) in 15 specialisations. The FEE conducts research in 15 areas. The graduates of the Faculty are successfully working in all the branches of Latvian national economy and are significantly contributing to the development of economy and education in Latvia. The FEE is creatively co-operating with the Latvia Academy of Sciences, higher educational establishments in Germany, Norway, Russia, Lithuania, the Ukraine etc. Five FEE professors are academicians of the International Academy. Students, in their turn, have become the winners of various contests and competitions. The Faculty is engaged in regular students exchange between the FEE and foreign universities. Since September, 1st 2005 the RTU Faculty of Engineering Economics the first has suggested to receive a professional degree of the bachelor on a speciality "Real Estate Activity" (Department of Civil Construction, Real Estate Economics and Management).
